“User” means any person who uses Relo, whether as a buyer or seller.

“Seller” means a user listing products for sale.

“Buyer” means a user purchasing products from a seller.

“Listing” refers to any item posted for sale on Relo.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Relo. By using our platform, you confirm that:

• You can legally form a binding contract in Pakistan
  
• You provide accurate and truthful information during registration

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password.
  
• You agree to keep your profile information (name, address, contact number) up to date.
  
• Relo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in fraud.

By listing an item on Relo, you agree to:

• Accurately describe the item, including condition, size, brand, and defects (if any)
  
• Upload real photos of the actual item (not stock images)
  
• List only authentic items — no fakes, replicas, or counterfeits
  
• Ship the item within 48 hours of purchase
  
• Cancel the listing immediately if the item is no longer available

Sellers must accurately select an appropriate condition for each item, as described in the Sellers Guide.

Items that do not match their described condition may be returned or refunded at Relo’s discretion.

Pair text with an image to focus on your chosen product, collection, or blog post. Add details on availability, style, or even provide a review.

Relo does not permit the sale of counterfeit or replica items. If a buyer suspects an item is fake:

• They must report it within 48 hours of delivery
  
• Relo will review the case, request proof, and may require the item to be returned
  
• If inauthentic, a full refund will be issued and the seller may be suspended or banned
  
• Relo reserves the right to ban sellers or buyers found abusing this process.

Buyers agree to:

• Review listings carefully before purchase
  
• Only purchase items they intend to pay for
  
• Understand that all sales are final, except in cases of severe misrepresentation or fake items
  
• Buyers may receive delivery updates once a seller ships the product.

• Payments are made via cash on delivery
  
• Relo may collect a service fee on each sale
  
• Funds will be transferred to sellers after delivery is confirmed and the buyer has approved the condition of the item(s).
• In case of disputes, funds will be held by Relo until a resolution is reached.

• Sellers must closely follow shipping instructions sent to them by Relo.
• Sellers must ship within 48 hours.
  
• Buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery information
  
• Relo is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses
  
• Tracking information will be provided where possible

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item received can be proven fake or counterfeit
  
• The item is significantly not as described, including a significant descrepancy between described condition and actual condition and incorrect size
  
• The wrong item was shipped

Buyers must raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Relo will review the case, request supporting evidence (e.g., photos, unboxing video), and may require the item to be returned.
If the return is approved:

• The buyer will receive a full refund for the purchase price
• Shipping and service fees will be refunded on a case by case basis
  
• The seller may be required to cover the cost of return shipping, especially in cases of counterfeit items, major misrepresentation wrong item shipped

You may not list or sell:

• Counterfeit or replica items
  
• Used undergarments or swimwear
  
• Hazardous or illegal products
  
• Items violating copyrights or trademarks

Relo reserves the right to remove listings or ban users at its discretion.

By uploading content (photos, descriptions, etc.), you grant Relo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content for promotional or operational purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized tools
  
• Post spam or unsolicited promotions
  
• Attempt to hack or exploit Relo systems
  
  

Relo is a platform, not the seller of listed goods. We do not own or inspect the items sold. We make no guarantees about the condition, quality, or delivery of products sold through the platform. We commit to mediate cases of disputes but don't hold any financial liability.

We are not liable for misrepresentation by sellers, lost or delayed shipments or platform downtime or errors.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relo and its team from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

Relo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
