Selling is easy

Step 1: About you
We'll need some information about you, like your name, email, phone number and address. We'll never show this to buyers.
Step 2: About your item
We'll ask for:
- Clear, original photos of the item (no brand photos or screenshots)
- Accurate title and description (include brand, size, and any flaws)
- Price that reflects condition and brand value
- Correct category and size (e.g., Shoes / EU 41 / UK 7 / US 8)
- Condition of the item - see the guide below for details.
- Please be honest about the condition - otherwise your item may be rejected or returned

Condition	Description
Brand New (with packaging/labels)	Item has never been worn or used, and includes original packaging and tags/labels.
Brand New (without packaging/labels)	Item is unused and unworn, but may not have original packaging or tags.
Excellent	Item is in near-new condition with no visible flaws or signs of wear.
Very Good	Item has been worn lightly and shows minor signs of use, but no major flaws.
Good	Item has visible wear or signs of use, but is still in wearable condition.
Fair	Item shows heavy signs of wear, fading, or minor damage. Still usable.

Step 3: After Your Item Sells
We'll reach out through email and WhatsApp with the order details and we'll coordinate pickup from your provided address.
Pack the item securely and have it ready within 24 hours
There’s no need to contact the buyer or manage delivery — we handle all logistics.
Step 4: Get Paid
Once the buyer receives and approves the item, we process your payout within two business days.
You’ll receive the amount via bank transfer.
Step 5: Manage your listing
If you change your mind, you can reach out to us to remove your listing or change the price.
Seller Rules
To maintain trust and quality on the platform, all sellers must follow these rules:
You must:
- List only genuine, authentic products
- Use your own original photos for every listing
- Accurately describe the condition of the item
- Be ready to ship the item within 24 hours of it selling
- Respond promptly to communication from Relo if needed
You must not:
- Sell fakes, replicas, or dupes
- List stolen items
- Use stock or edited photos
- Delay shipping beyond 48 hours
- Misrepresent size, material, brand, or condition
Listings that break these rules will be removed. You may have to pay for shipping if an item is returned.
